Over the last few decades, there has been increasing pressure on manufacturing organisations to reduce their current level of emissions due governmental policies climate change and increased awareness sustainability. To mitigate these challenges, is a need for industries measure analyse environmental wastes using tools like life cycle assessment (LCA). But, implement LCA comprehensively, it indispensable look at barriers that deter successful implementation this tool. The present work deals with identification, investigation, prioritisation in sector India advanced decision-making tool: Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) further validation Best Worst Method (BWM). It found lack top management support, education training employee management, team effort across supply chain partners collect effective data as key grey relational grades 0.8296, 0.6294, 0.6219, respectively. corresponding BWM weights have 0.3232, 0.1534, 0.1039. will enable practitioners apply through comprehensive understanding improved organisational
